All authors with accepted papers must register and submit their manuscript(s) by October 20, 2006 latest to have their paper(s) included in the conference proceedings. No exemptions will be allowed. Standard registration fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner, conference preceedings, lunches and refreshments. Student registration fee includes welcome reception, conference proceedings, lunches and refreshments.

Confirmation of registration will be via e-mail or post upon receipt of full payment of registration fee.

All cancellations have to be in writing & received on or before 1st November 2006. Fee paid will then be partially refunded (that is, registration fee paid less administration fee of S$200.00). The Secretariat regrets that refund will not be considered for cancellation after 1st November 2006. However, replacements will be accepted.
