Dr HT Low is the Supervisor of Biofluids Laboratory in the Bioengineering Division of the Faculty. Prior to joining NUS in 1983, he was an Engineer at the Public Utilities Board, Singapore, before pursuing graduate studies under a Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship.
