To encourage the efficient use of resources, please book the equipment only if you are sure that you will be using it. This will minimize instances whereby the equipment is not made available to others because of a prior booking and the person who reserved it does not utilise the device. The quota for each user is 8 hours per week. If you need more usage time and there are available time slots, please contact Alvin or Joe not earlier than 3 days before these time slots. If you urgently require use of the equipment during a time slot already reserved by someone, please approach Alvin or Joe at least 3 days in advance. Priority will be given in the following order: 1. Impact Mechanics Lab FYP students 2. Impact Mechanics Lab Graduate students 3. Impact Mechanics Lab Research Staff 4. Other staff/students
Please provide at least 3 days notice by e-mail (to Alvin: mpegohtl@nus.edu.sg or Joe: mpelowcw@nus.edu.sg) if a booking is to be cancelled. Failure to cancel bookings may result in loss of booking privileges. Unrecognised user names will be deleted from the booking schedule.
