All technical papers presented at the symposium will be peer reviewed and published in the form of proceedings. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for participation should prepare and submit their manuscripts according to the instructions here. Contributing authors are urged and encouraged to plan ahead so as to ensure that the manuscripts will be submitted online by the deadline of 1 Nov 2004. Oral presentation of the technical paper is MANDATORY for its inclusion in the proceedings. |
