Payment Details

1.	Payment for hotel accommodation can only be made via credit card (Visa/Master/Amex).
2.	A 4% bank charge will be imposed for credit card payment.
3.	Reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy

1.	Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 20 NOVEMBER 2004.
2.	Refunds, if any, will be made after the conference and is subject to the forfeiture of the charge for one room night (rate based on the room rate of the hotel you have selected).
3.	An administrative fee of SGD 50.00 would be charged for each amendment of check-in/check-out dates made after confirmation of reservation.
4.	Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
